Users having them would completey negate their purpose. They're an item for testing the site, not for giving to users. You don't need one.

You are not a programmer, and therefor do not need to test item features. Giving you a test item could result in you using a broken feature which would compromise the security of the site.

Max isn't a programmer either. =0 He has a test item. And "give" wasn't any part of this. I wanted to buy the Test Item.

Max has needed to test item features. You haven't. I have no need for your eem, and wouldn't violate security even if I did.

Test items are not a badge of honour, they're just something we need to do our jobs. Unless you need to test a new item feature, you will not get a test item.
