 The Legdend of the Illusion Pool: In the beginning, there were only beings and structures with significant magical power, such as the Illusion Pool. Gods came with crystal clear water from the finest streams to pour into the oblivion. Demons brought water fresh from a bog, the muddiest, murkiest bog. When a being name Suiss said that it could be embraced and enlarged, but It was built on and crumbled down at night, without any trace of the rubble. When the demons heard this, they were enraged and sent thier finest warrior to destroy the Illusion Pool. They could not. It was the balance between light and darkness, that only a chosen one could understand. When Ecritters first arrived at the Illusion Pool, the gods rose an uproar. Magic was to be hidden from mortals not given directly to them! When the gods found out that they could not move it with physical force or magic. The Ecritters gave gifts and worshiped it as if it were impervious to anything. The gods did not like this and were forced to send plagues to these betraying Ecritters. When Humans first arrived, they used the Illusion Pool to Enslave all of Crittannia. When Shyons and Ioraxes first spoke telepathically to the humans, the Humans set them free and continued to work on their settlement. One day, a young boy whose name legend does not state, came across the Illusion Pool. The water out of the Illusion Pool rose clear on one side and black on the other. He Is the chosen one who now harnesses the power of the Illusion Pool! The Illusion Pool story: You stare into the black oblivion of the Illision Pool. You see ripples in the water and the water suddenly becomes clear. You make one move and the pool blackens again. Life is as fragile as that... You bring witnesses to the Illusion Pool. They have the same clearing of the water and then the blackening. You figure that someone important should know about it so you tell an adult. When the water stays black for them, you ask why. The Pool answers that the children of today have a chance but the elder people have already missed the chance that lay in front of their face. Life was as fragile as that... There is a new child in your village. The other kids make fun of him, curse him and spit at him. Not you three. The Illusion Pool has changed the way you think about life. You tell the new boy the same thing.
