 A Pikmin is a plant-like entity of an unknown planet somewhere in the 4th dimension. They are very social creatures that prefer to live in large tribes. Usually they pick the largest and strongest one of a group to be the leader. Pikmin have the amazing ability to create a sapling (clone) on their bodies when they die, resulting in the massive success of the Pikmin kind. There are only a couple of other kinds of life forms on the Pikmin Planet but the Pikmin is obviously the dominate species much like the human on its own planet, although they have a decent amount of predators. Life Cycle When a seed of a Pikmin is planted in the soil it will germinate in about 1day. Its body will be soft and tender and it will feed on soil for about 4 hours. It will them emerge and find a Tribe to live in. Over time, the leaf on the Pikmin changes formation, from leaf, to bud, to flower, with each transformation adding speed.: (The color of the Pikmin does not matter growth-wise)  A Leaf Pikmin  A Bud Pikmin  A Flower Pikmin Reproduction The reproduction of the Pikmin is an extremely strange one. When the Weather is sunny yet is very moist all adult pikmin will produce 1 seed atop of its flower. It will then carry it to its Onion Nest. The nest will incubate the seed then spit it out into the ground were it will grow.  Predators There are a decent amount of predators but the only one that is a serious threat is the BullBoars.  Sickness The Only type of sickness is caused by a type of mushroom spore that will grow on the leaf, bud, or flower of a Pikmin causing it to turn purple and think that friend is foe.  | |
