A game of chance, where what you get is determined entirely by how luck smiles upon you.  You can get both eem and items.  It is the source of the local people's entertainment.   It costs 20 eem to play, and you may do so once every half hour.  You can win many things: eem; fantastic rare, almost unheard of items; or... a rock.
